Spiral
The Spiral is the most enduring and representative symbol of Ireland and the Celts. While this “universal” symbol is not unique to Ireland, it’s easy to see why it became synonymous with it. Spirals adorn so many of our ancient monuments, with the beautiful portal megalith at New Grange being one of the most famous. Our ancestors had a close relationship with nature and were keenly aware they depended on the elements. I believe the spiral is an elemental symbol of the sun and the ever changing movement of the seasons over the year.
This small pendant measures 15mm high by 8mm wide and is made of sterling silver with a brass triskele detail to the front. It comes with a sterling silver chain and an inspiration story card.
