Refund policy

Thanks for purchasing from Banshee Silver!
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help and try and resolve any issues.

You have the right to cancel your order with us at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

You need to notify us by email of your wish to cancel your order within this time period.

Once we have received notification of your intention to cancel the order, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable number of days.

If 14 days have gone by since receipt of your notification to return the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at bansheesilver@gmail.com

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 64 Ailesbury Road, Belfast, BT7 3FH, United Kingdom

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £60 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please retain some proof of posting. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
